The address is 9-23 Ashiharacho, Nishinomiya City.
It turns out this is an EV charging station exclusively for Teslas! Apparently it’s called a Supercharger.

It looks like this EDION is the only location in Nishinomiya.
Apparently charging takes about 15 minutes. It’s not quite as fast as filling up with gas, but that’s still pretty quick~
It seems you can vote for or suggest locations for Superchargers. Maybe someone who wanted to shop at EDION while charging got their suggestion accepted.
Under Japanese law, fully autonomous driving still isn’t possible, but apparently once the regulations allow it, the car can be updated for it! We’re entering an era where cars get updates just like iPhones~
