A baby castella specialty shop called “三宝屋,” which often appears as a stall at events like Nishinomiya Ebisu, has opened near Kansai Super Taisha store.
(This information was provided by 西宮の海,山、川で人. Thank you!)

Here it is on the map↓
The address is around 1 Ichigaya-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
There used to be a takoyaki shop here.
Around 三宝屋
Across the street is Kuroneko Yamato Nishinomiya Koyoen Takkyubin Center.(I forgot to take a photo, so this is Google Street View)

If you go this way, you’ll pass in front of Royal Home Center and continue along Hirota Sando-suji, where you’ll find places like Sunny Side. Keep going and you’ll reach Route 171.

If you go in the opposite direction, Kansai Super is right nearby, and the road continues toward Koyoen.
Open Since April
There used to be a takoyaki shop here, and apparently the same owner is running this place.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, festivals have dropped sharply and “三宝屋” has no longer been able to set up stalls, so they have been temporarily operating at this location since April.

Upcoming business days↓

It looks like they’re open on weekends and holidays.
For now, they’re scheduled to operate until the end of May, but we were told they may continue if the COVID-19 situation doesn’t settle down.
A photo that’ll make you want to try them↓

In Closing
Another baby castella shop recently opened in Shukugawa as well, so baby castella shops seem to be increasing around Nishinomiya.
Festivals still can’t be held, but there are probably many people who are happy to be able to enjoy baby castella in this kind of way.
※西宮の海,山、川で人, thank you for the information!!
