It looks like the personal gym “REBOOT” opened on November 16 on the south side of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.

If you head west (toward the back of the photo), you’ll find Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine.
If you go the other way (east), you’ll come out onto Fudabasuji Street.
