In Kyoto, I found two places that are “almost Nishinomiya.”
This article is brought to you by “ALBOBBY,” a salon that supports Nishitsu.

Almost “Nishinomiya Ohashi Bridge.”

It was Nishimiyazu Ohashi Bridge.

Here’s our very own “Nishinomiya Ohashi Bridge” ↑
It’s about 300 meters longer than Nishimiyazu Ohashi Bridge! That’s Nishinomiya for you!!(Nishinomiya bias♡)

And next to “Nishimiyazu Ohashi Bridge,” I found a stone monument that looked “almost Nishinomiya”!

The shrubs were covering the characters in just the right way, making it look so much like “Nishinomiya”!

The stone monument turned out to be the park-name stone at the entrance to “Nishimiyazu Park.”

Wandering around Nishimiyazu Park.(The playground equipment looks fun!)

Almost empty.

Almost a pond.(It is the off-season, after all.)
It’s around here on the map↓
The address is Sugisue, Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture. A few kilometers to the north is Amanohashidate.
Lastly

While I was there for work, I ran across the full length of Amanohashidate(about 3.6 km)🏃
It made me a little happy
to find a place that’s “almost Nishinomiya” so close to one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views.
