The creature appearing in a video created by Associate Professor Atsushi Wada of Otemae University moves surprisingly fast.
This appears to be a promotional movie for Otemae University.
Looks like it will be specially screened in France
Associate Professor Atsushi Wada’s short animations will apparently receive a special screening at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, held in France from Monday, June 10 to Saturday, June 15, 2019.(Source: PR TIMES)
The lineup reportedly includes nine short films, a short movie about American football, and three Otemae University movies.
The three Otemae University movies

・“Don’t Get Swept Away”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hITfLawx_4
・“You’ll Surely Get Better”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9aTmvNRQfPk
As expected, “Please Find Me” is my personal favorite. It has the kind of impact that might show up in your dreams.(Though if it actually did, I’d run immediately.)
What is the Annecy International Animation Film Festival?
It was apparently established when the animation section became independent from the famous Cannes Film Festival, and it is said to be one of the largest animation festivals in the world.
Finally
When I think of Otemae University, I remember that the late Monkey Punch, the creator of Lupin the Third, was a professor there, so the university has a strong association with animation for me. Otemae University is definitely worth watching as it continues to help lead Japanese anime culture.
