It looks like “餃子の雪松” is opening in Koshien Gobancho along the old national highway. Opening Saturday, 6/5
This article is brought to you by “chotto,” a smoothie specialty shop that supports Nishitsu.

Here it is on the map ↓
The address is 16-10 Koshien Gobancho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Around 餃子の雪松

Across the street is Yanagiya Cleaning.

If you go this way, you’ll pass Little Shobo and Seizaemon, then reach Koshien-suji.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Curry house Yell and Zayū no Men, then reach Ozone Line.
What is 餃子の雪松?
Their distinctive freshly wrapped gyoza skins, perfected over many years, cook up crisp on the outside with a pleasantly chewy texture. The vegetable-based filling is packed full, juicy, and rich in flavor, and it’s said to be the kind of taste that keeps you coming back once you try it.
(Added 6/6) What It Looked Like When It Opened
We received photos from the opening day on June 5!

It seems they were handing out cabbage as an opening promotion, and there was quite a long line.
Apparently, staff members were there that day, so it wasn’t unmanned.

It looked like this. They got cabbage too.

The skins seem to be on the thicker side, but apparently they turned out well when cooked according to these instructions.
We heard they had a nice, full flavor and were delicious.
They also seemed to be selling their special sauce for 200 yen.
Finally

When we peeked inside through the glass, there were instructions on how to buy the gyoza. Here’s what we found out:
- 1 pack contains 36 pieces, ¥1000 including tax
- Put your money in the payment box (no change given)
- Special sauce is available
- You can take up to 2 ice packs per pack
They have more than 150 locations, mainly in the Kanto area, and many of them appear to be open 24 hours. I’m curious to see what kind of hours this location will have. It opens Saturday, June 5.
