There’s no denying the building is a little on the older side. But please look past that.

Almost Directly Connected to the Station
After leaving Shukugawa Station, go immediately to the right and you’ll see a covered walkway leading to Shukugawa Green Town.
Continue down this path,
and it becomes an underground passage connected to Shukugawa Green Town.
You can reach Shukugawa Green Town without getting wet in the rain.
From Shukugawa Green Town to Takezono Mansion, it’s about 15 seconds at a light jog, so it’s almost directly connected to the station.
Property Entrance
You can’t enter this property from the main Yamate Kansen road. The entrance is on the back street.
The building circled in red is Takezono Mansion. You enter from beside Times.
Go straight down this side path marked Fuji Heim.
Along the side path, there’s a bicycle parking area and mailboxes.
Yes, stairs.
There is no elevator.
You’ll be climbing the stairs up to the 4th floor, so it should double as a workout and tighten up your legs.

The shoe cabinet is immediately on the left as you enter. The left side looks like it could be used as umbrella space.
It’s more than spacious enough. Of course, the shelf heights can be adjusted too.

This is how it looks with me at 165 cm tall. Taking advantage of the height and putting in a steel rack could work well.

A spacious, bright living room appears.
There are two Western-style rooms at the back.

Now, let’s take a look at the kitchen first.
It’s a kitchen based around white tones.
With such a large window in the kitchen, ventilation is excellent too.
It has a three-burner gas stove.
There’s plenty of storage around the kitchen too. A refrigerator looks like it would fit in the corner on the right.
The storage space on the left side of the kitchen is also roomy enough.
The water heater remote is on the right side of the kitchen. It’s nice that it also has a reheating function!
You can even set reservations properly.
