Added September 4) At 9:04 a.m., Nishinomiya City’s official LINE announced that online reservations had reached capacity. Phone reservations still appear to be open, but it seems very difficult to get through.Phone reservations have also ended. (As of 9:57 a.m., via the official LINE)
