Building C
Building C is expected to have Mother Moon Cafe and Cocokara Fine Pharmacy on the 1st floor, and Seiha English Academy and Kawakiya Cleaning on the 2nd floor.
Building B
Building B is expected to have Cocokara Fine on the 1st floor, and Inoue Pediatrics, Ishimine Dental Clinic, and Tomii Eye Clinic on the 2nd floor. Building B looks like it will be a clinic-focused building.
Building A
Building A is expected to house Pal Yamato. The 2nd floor is still unknown.
The buildings numbered 1, 2, and 3 are unknown
The buildings numbered 1, 2, and 3 face north, so we couldn’t confirm their signs, but the remaining six tenants are Sunny Side, Kanazawa Maimon Sushi, Tobidase Rocket Hanten, Katsuki, Fujimoto Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiovascular Medicine & Internal Medicine Clinic, and Shukugawa Keiai Nursery School. We haven’t been able to confirm everything, but it seems likely that similar categories will be grouped in the same building.
Parking Lot
It’s still being prepared, but the parking lot is planned to accommodate 100 cars.
Finally
Shukugawa Green Place’s Instagram is introducing each shop. With Mukodan Mall opening last year and a commercial facility near Koshien Stadium coming next year, Nishinomiya City has been seeing more large commercial facilities. We can’t wait for the September 3 opening.
