“鮪師 まぐろ亭”’s “鮪師（しびし）丼”
We tried ordering through the app. We requested delivery for 4:00 p.m., and a really nice staff member delivered it in the rain about 10 minutes early. Thank you so much. It even came with an ice pack.

This is the “鮪師丼” for 1,695 yen including tax. Since they deliver orders of 1,500 yen or more, you can order just one serving.
First up: the “akami” lean tuna. It’s so glossy. Light and absolutely delicious.
It looks a bit like seared bonito, but this is “seared maguro harasu” tuna belly. This one is beautiful too.
This is “chutoro” medium-fatty tuna. It melts in your mouth.
And finally, the long-awaited “otoro” fatty tuna. It’s been so long since I had otoro♡ Pure happiness.
“鮪師 まぐろ亭”’s Wasabi
One small thing that made me surprisingly happy was the “wasabi.” Wasabi usually comes in those tiny packets, right? Here, a pretty generous amount is already placed on the bowl. And it tastes great.
When I checked, it was written on the menu. It says, “All items come with fresh wasabi from Izu Amagi.” No wonder it’s good. This is such a nice touch.

Final Thoughts
I ordered through the app this time, and I was surprised by how easy it was. To celebrate the opening, it looks like you can get up to 15% off when ordering through the app. It’s really helpful to have delivery available when the rain keeps coming and you don’t feel like going shopping, or when you suddenly have guests coming over. By the way, a large serving of rice for the “鮪師丼” was free, so I went with the large♡ lol You could also choose regular or small rice.
