About Evacuation Shelters
Nishinomiya City has designated evacuation shelters, but they cannot be used unless they have been officially opened as shelters.
You may have seen signs saying “Designated Evacuation Shelter” at community centers and other places you often use, but please note that you cannot use them if they have not been opened as evacuation shelters.
