Apparently, the ramen shop “ニシノアヤ,” which opened along National Route 2 near JR Nishinomiya Station, has lines even on weekdays.
(This info came from Hamaamu and Noritama. Thank you!)
Here it is ↓

This was around 12:30 p.m. yesterday, 2/1 (Wed).
Even though it was lunchtime, it’s still something to see a line on a weekday.

This is their “Special Dashi Noodles – Salt.” We wrote an article about it too.
About ニシノアヤ
We previously wrote this article on Nishi2 ↓
And it seems our reader Noritama asked them about it!
The other day, I went to the ramen shop “ニシノアヤ,” which opened on January 21 near JR Nishinomiya Station along Route 2 😊👍
I asked the staff about the shop name~✌️
At first, it seems they were planning to open under the name “ナミノアヤ.”
But since this is their first expansion into Kansai, and Nishinomiya was the location of their first shop here, they decided to call it “ニシノアヤ.”
Since it had also come up on Nishi2, I just wanted to let you know…
Just as they say, “premium dashi and freshly cooked hagama rice,” both the ramen (salt) and the all-you-can-eat rice were super delicious.
So it really was called ニシノアヤ because Nishinomiya was the location of their first Kansai shop.
