The address is 5-44 Kasumicho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This used to be the site of the eel restaurant Yamashige.
They’ve put up a sign that looks pretty appetizing.
There’s also a sign that stands out from along the Yamate Kansen road. The photo of the gyoza is a little different.

When we previously reported on this, it was scheduled to open on March 3, but it has been pushed back slightly to March 11. Lately, openings seem to be getting delayed a bit more often, perhaps due to construction materials and similar factors. The sign also stands out, and we saw people stopping to check the opening date and other details.
