Personally, I love soy sauce ramen with thin, straight noodles❤
The melt-in-your-mouth chashu was so good😍 I should’ve ordered the ramen with lots of chashu! The soy sauce flavor wasn’t too heavy either◎
Seriously! It’s so jiggly and tender♪
There are all kinds of seasonings for changing up the flavor!
I don’t usually do this, but I tried changing up the flavor✨
The chives weren’t as spicy as I expected, and adding yuzu vinegar gave it a refreshing finish.

The toppings on the Special Meat Ramen seem to be chashu, egg, green onions, mentaiko, and maybe pork belly. Plus nori.
It has serious impact. Here comes the meat, meat, meat!!
The soup is a light soy sauce broth. The noodles look like yellowish thin, straight noodles.
Looks so smooth and slurpable♪
There’s tender meat that seems like seared chashu, plus what looks like seasoned sliced pork belly, so it feels like you’re constantly getting meat with every bite of noodles lol
It’s a full-on meat parade in your mouth!!
The Stamina Pork Bowl has a soy sauce-based sweet-and-spicy seasoning with fried garlic sprinkled over it, and because it’s seared, it has a fragrant yakiniku-style flavor.
More meat again!! That’s Nikujiro for you.
