It looks like a restaurant called “山と海 苦楽園” is opening in Ishibane-cho along Kita-Shukugawa-dori.
(Info provided by Sasako @ Nishitsu SP)
Here↓
Opening in July, apparently.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 18-13-102 Ishibane-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The Italian bar “acero” used to be here. Apparently, acero relocated to Horaku-cho last September.
Here’s our food article from before the move↓
Around “山と海”

This is the exterior of the shop. It looks like there isn’t a sign up yet.

If you go this way, you’ll find the lemon cake specialty shop “Raison d’etre Kurakuen” next door, and it leads out to Koshikiiwa-suji. Farther ahead are Kita-Shukugawa Elementary School, Ashiya Rak膳, and more.

If you go in the opposite direction, the same building has Sushi Sen and Kurakuen Chuka Mulberry. Once you cross the Shukugawa River, you’ll find Cottabos, Bliss Burger Hawaii, and other places.
Finally
According to the job listing, the signature dish will be their original “Kokura oden,” created by a chef from northern Kyushu🍢 It sounds like it’ll be a casual spot with a wide range of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, a solid drinks lineup, and prices that aren’t too high😄 If you’re curious, why not check it out?
※Sasako @ Nishitsu SP, thank you for the tip!!
