This time, from Nishinomiya de Gohan @ Nishitsu Supporter♪ We’re sharing three lunch sets from “昇龍 〜Sho-Ryu〜”, which just opened on Monday, June 24 near JR Nishinomiya Station along Route 2!

Three Lunch Sets at “昇龍 〜Sho-Ryu〜”

Selectable Lunch Set (Mapo Tofu) ¥1,100(tax included)

The heat from the chili peppers and the fragrant spiciness of Sichuan pepper really came through. The garlic stems added a nice textural accent, making both the flavor and texture feel refined and delicious♡

That numbing heat and aroma of Sichuan pepper is irresistible, right?♪

Selectable Lunch Set (Black Vinegar Sweet-and-Sour Pork) ¥1,100(tax included)

The sauce had a rich black vinegar flavor and was juicy, clinging generously to the crispy fried pork. It had that super delicious, juicy burst kind of feel. Instead of pineapple, it had figs, and for texture there were rakkyo pickled scallions, making it a tasty and fun sweet-and-sour pork dish♪

With figs and rakkyo? That’s unusualー✨ I want to try it!

Daily Noodle/Rice Lunch ¥900(tax included)
Thursday (Vegetable Ankake Soup Noodles + Black Fried Rice with Minced Pork)

The soup is light, but because it’s made into a thick ankake sauce, it tastes rich. It has a somewhat luxurious flavor. There were tons of straw mushrooms in it too, and it was seriously delicious♪

Packed with vegetables! Looks really fillingー✨

The black fried rice had a strong garlic aroma from the mayu oil, and it was fragrant, moist, and incredibly tasty! Apparently the chef used to be an executive chef at a hotel, and the ingredients were handled beautifully. The flavors were elegant too♪

With salad, a small side dish, soup, zha cai, and a mini dessert included, isn’t this price pretty reasonable?
