It’s broken. It was likely caused by the recent strong winds.

The address is around 7 Kaguracho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
The location is Shukugawa Oasis Road, just a little south of National Route 2.
This photo was provided by Nakasuke-san, who sent us the information. The stepping stones are no longer visible. According to what we heard, there were very strong winds around Kōroen Station between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on September 22, so it seems highly likely that this was the cause.
The wind was strong yesterday too, and on days like that it can be dangerous to be near trees, so please be very careful. (We’ve informed City Hall.)
