A new model train corner has been added at Shukugawa Green Town.
The original corner ↓

It’s inside the showcase along the wall next to the eyewear specialty shop “Lloyd & Lloyd” on the 1st floor.

It’s displayed together with scenes from around Shukugawa, including models of Shukugawa Green Town and a church, and right now there’s even Chiikawa too♪
And now one more spot has been added ↓
Also on the 1st floor, this time on the Daiei side.

Inside the showcase just before the ramp at the west entrance,

there it was〜〜! 😆👏The background is Mount Rokko⛰️

There are Hankyu, Hanshin, and JR trains, plus some cars you don’t usually see around here.
According to Nishi2 reader Hikaru Kawa… Asa-san, the train car at the bottom left might be the so-called “Kokudo Densha” that used to run along National Route 2 before the line was discontinued in Showa 48 (1973, probably?). (Added 1/13)
If that’s the case, it means all the trains that used to run in Nishinomiya are gathered here. That’s kind of nice!

There’s even a really huge field! What you can see above is the digital signage

The models weren’t running that day because it was closed, but they’re probably moving now. If you like trains, why not go check it out〜🚃
