It seems to be a sister shop of the Kurakuen dog salon “LUCIANNA(Luciana)”〜
It will reportedly open in the former location of pet salon “Ange,” which closed at the end of last year 🐕
For some reason, this notice was posted two doors down from Ange〜

The address is 2-4 Wakamatsucho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It will be opening at the location shown in the photo. If you head west, you’ll find places like Boulangerie Friande, Indian Restaurant & Bar THALI, Karaage Asahi second location (scheduled to open), Co-op, and Chuka Saiho Narinoki, leading toward Hankyu Shukugawa Station.

In addition to grooming to keep pets looking their best, they’ll also apparently check skin and coat condition while providing health checks and healthcare.
