It looks like the park being built next to the hospital under construction near Hanshin-Kokudo Station will open on April 1.

There was also an overall map nearby that included the hospital. It looks like the General Reception (2F) can be accessed from the park side, while the Emergency Outpatient and After-Hours Entrance (2F) can be accessed from the east side of the building.
Even after the park opens, some areas such as parts of the grass lawn will apparently remain off-limits for a while to allow the grass to settle, and this is expected to continue until around the rainy season.Details are available here. The playground area should be available from 4/1, so families with young children might want to check it out〜
