The “Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya General Medical Center” is under construction next to Hanshin-Kokudo Station, and the “park” being built beside it is starting to take shape

The main play equipment looks geared toward little kids. It seems there will be a lawn area too.
The area in the back will apparently be a multipurpose plaza. Maybe it’ll be a place where people can play ball games and such.
What caught my eye is the “kamado bench” we wrote about before.
Apparently, the two blue benches in the back are benches that can be used as “kamado” cooking stoves during disasters. Are they wrapped in blue sheets? A mystery.

Since the park hasn’t been handed over yet, they’re covered with blue sheets!
Same as how they’re covering the hospital logo.
The name is “Otsukanaka Park,” which is a pretty ordinary name. It’ll probably be completed by April next year. With the huge hospital opening too, the Hanshin-Kokudo area looks set to change a lot.
