We tried takeout of the “Kushikatsu Bento (Chef’s Choice 5 Skewers)” from kushikatsu restaurant “Maruman” in Naruo, where a “friend” is waiting at the entrance!

Kushikatsu “Maruman” Food
This is the “Kushikatsu Bento (Chef’s Choice 5 Skewers)” 800 yen (tax included) that we ordered this time!
It also comes with special kushikatsu sauce♪
Today’s five chef’s-choice skewers were, from the top, “eggplant,” “octopus,” “shrimp,” “gizzard,” and “harami skirt steak”!
Melty eggplant, juicy octopus, plump and springy shrimp, “Beer!”-inducing gizzard, and meaty harami skirt steak with just the right amount of fat!!
We enjoyed them coated in this rich, sweet, and savory special “kushikatsu sauce”♪
On the side are takuan pickles and shibazuke.
Crunchy and crisp, so good!
They make the kushikatsu taste even better♪
There’s even cucumber dressed with sesame oil!
It was a wonderful bento with the punch of kushikatsu along with refreshing side dishes♪

You can also get kushikatsu assortments to go: “Chef’s Choice 8 Skewers (1,000 yen)” and “Chef’s Choice 10 Skewers (1,250 yen)”!
For the “chef’s choice skewers” series, they can flexibly accommodate items you don’t like.
That’s definitely nice!!
