There was some news about a shop opening near Nishinomiya-kitaguchi. It seems that Da@Nishi2 
got caught in a sudden torrential downpour on the way back from covering the story and couldn’t get home for a while.
He took some photos and video of the area at the time, so take a look.
This is a small open area just west of the road by the KFC at Nishinomiya-kitaguchi.
The size and weight of the raindrops dripping from the trees really show how intense the sudden downpour was.

You can see that the water level has risen a lot. Really, a lot.
