I tried the “Chashu Noodles” at Ramen Kobo “Ichiniisan” in Toda-cho!
This is one of my favorite ramen shops, and I’ve personally visited several times since it first opened in 2013.

“Ichiniisan” Food

This is the “Chashu Noodles” for 920 yen (tax included).
At lunch, you can even get two rice balls for free!

This service is only available during lunch hours (11:00-15:00)♪

A mellow pork bone-based soup!
The noodles are thin, with a regular firmness.
The mellow soup coats the noodles nicely♪

It comes with six slices of chashu that are so tender they melt in your mouth!
Biting into this rich, indulgent pork together with a rice ball is also amazing!

The Chashu Noodles come with two pieces of egg, not just one.
It’s a small detail that makes you a little happy♪

I also recommend adding a little kick as you eat with the provided “garlic” and “chili pepper”◎
“Ichiniisan” Menu

Here’s the menu↑
Pork bone ramen is the main focus, but it looks like they also offer a limited quantity of “Beef Bone Salt Ramen.” I’m curious!
Inside “Ichiniisan”

There are 7 counter seats and two tables for four.
Exterior of “Ichiniisan”

Look for the large “Ichiniisan” banner.
