It looks like a takeout cafe called “Cafe de Parfait” is opening in Minami-Koshikiiwacho along Kurakuen-guchi Street.
Here it is↓

It will be located on the basement level of this building.
According to the job listing, it looks like it will open in early September.
※Added September 14
It looks like the grand opening will be on Thursday, September 17. ↓↓
Here’s the location on the map↓
The address is 15-1 Minami-Koshikiiwacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
There used to be a golf school called GREEN MONSTER here.
Around Cafe de Parfait

Natsugi Pharmacy is diagonally across the street.

If you head this way, you’ll find places like Lawson and Takasho, a specialty bread shop that opened in July, before reaching Kurakuen-guchi Station.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll head toward places like the Japanese sweets shop Kohaku, the brand-name goods buyback shop Brand Revalue that opened in June, and Hinoike Park.
A Shop Where You Can Eat Quiche
At Cafe de Parfait, it looks like you’ll be able to try “glash,” an evolved take on quiche.
They will mainly sell quiche (glash) for takeout, but it seems you’ll also be able to eat inside.
The job listing said there will be two sofa seats for four people each, plus four counter seats.
Finally
Rouge et Blanc, located in the same place, seems to be a sister shop, so I imagine it will be opened by the same chef. If you like quiche, why not check it out? It opens in early September.
