The pachinko parlor “Champion” near Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station, which closed on October 20, appears to be set for demolition.

Here it is on the map↓↓
The address is 4-3 Takamatsucho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
What’s around “Champion”

Across the street is Hyogo Performing Arts Center. This photo is from a little while ago, so the trees are still lush and green.

If you go this way, you’ll reach Yamate Kansen, where there’s a housing exhibition center and the now-closed Nafco.

If you go the other way, you’ll find Prela Hall, and if you keep going straight, you’ll come out at the southwest exit of Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station. This photo is from a little while ago, so the trees are still lush and green.
Demolition Information

Notice about demolition work on the expanded section of the Okutomi Seihoku Building↓↓

The notice says that the expanded section of the Okutomi Seihoku Building (the amusement parlor Champion) will be demolished and removed.
The demolition period is November 16, 2020 to August 31, 2021.
We’re not sure exactly which part “expanded section” refers to, but judging from where the demolition notice was posted, it seems likely to be the rear part of the building.
