It looks like a cat that had become a bit famous around the Miyamizu well area has been taken in.
It was a fluffy, adorable cat that I often saw there too, since I pass by that spot pretty often.

I’d been a little worried since I stopped seeing the cat around last winter, so I’m glad it seems the owner has been found.
