It looks like the “Chuka Soba” is 930 yen, and the Gardens-exclusive “Niboshi Chuka Soba” is 880 yen.
Other options include the Niboshi Chuka Soba with Char Siu Rice Set A for 1,200 yen, and Tsuke Soba for 1,080 yen.
The wait time around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday was reportedly 30 minutes: 20 minutes in line and 10 minutes after ordering.

They’ll have a noodle-making machine installed inside the shop, and the soup and toppings will be made to the same specs as the main shop, so this sounds promising!!

About カドヤ食堂
カドヤ食堂 is a small ramen shop located along Nagahori-dori in Nishi Ward, Osaka City.
It was “カドヤ食堂” that won the “Osaka Ramen Haou Championship” broadcast on MBS in 2012.
I also found an article about カドヤ食堂 opening in Snack Park in the basement of Hanshin Department Store Umeda in June 2018.
According to the article, the shop was selected for the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand two years in a row and is also known as one of the top ramen shops in Kansai.

Once the shop opens, it’s easy to imagine it getting extremely crowded. After it opens, it might be a good idea to go at off-peak times like 3 or 4 p.m.
