Yesterday, 7/12, Nishinomiya recorded 133.5 mm of rainfall at Nishinomiya City Hall.
Here↓
From the July 12 data on Rainfall Report Daily Report|Nishinomiya City Rainfall Information System
I looked up Nishinomiya’s total rainfall for June.
106 mm in June.
133 mm yesterday.
It exceeded the entire rainfall total for June in just one day

Among all times, it was pouring especially hard at 9 a.m., when everyone was up and about.

Even at 12 noon, this puddle was still there.
Omaehama↓

There was a puddle like a lake right next to the sea.

Maybe the birds had gathered there and were just staring in disbelief.

As of 12 noon, rainfall in Shukugawa was down to around 1 mm, but the river was still this muddy torrent.

Sudden downpours may continue to occur, so please be extremely careful if a warning is issued. This would also be a good time to take another look at the Nishinomiya City Disaster Preparedness Map that was distributed in May.
