According to the information we received, it seems to have been iridescent clouds.
Iridescent clouds are a phenomenon in which sunlight is scattered and refracted by water droplets or ice crystals, causing rainbow-like colors to appear in the sky.

This was taken from Nishinomiya Higashi High School. It was really clearly visible. A rainbow with contrast this sharp might be pretty rare. Even the bird looks like it’s saying, “I’m coming now!” lol
