“Ramen Sugimoto” is a popular ramen shop in Aobadai, Yokohama, run by an owner who trained under the late Minoru Sano, known as the “Ramen Demon.” It’s a serious standout, having been listed as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for four consecutive years and selected multiple times for the TRY Ramen Awards (Tokyo Ramen of the Year) and Tabelog’s Top 100 restaurants.

Its signature dishes are “Shoyu Ramen” and “Shio Ramen.” Even the popular ramen YouTuber SUSURU TV., who eats more than 600 bowls a year, has praised this bowl.
