Because this House of Representatives general election was called on short notice, it appears that polling place admission tickets had not yet arrived as of the first day of early voting. They are scheduled to be delivered around Tuesday, February 3–Thursday, February 5. Details are available here

Even if your polling place admission ticket has not arrived or you forget to bring it, you can still vote as long as you are registered on the voter list. Just speak to a staff member at the polling place, and they will give you the form to fill out.
