A Kyoto-style restaurant called “京・旬彩 さぶちゃん” has opened near Hankyu Imazu Station, along the Imazu Nishi Line.
It looks like it opened last November. Kyoto cuisine in Nishinomiya!? That’s unusual, so we’re curious.

It’s on the west side of Imazu Station.

Here’s what it looks like at night. The road in the foreground is the Imazu Nishi Line.

“Kyoto cuisine” in Nishinomiya. We were curious, so we checked the menu posted outside♪
Because they use seasonal ingredients, the menu apparently changes little by little every week.
That’s exactly what “旬彩” means: seasonal flavors.

Finally
The owner here has devoted 50 years exclusively to Kyoto cuisine!!
After training for 20 years in Kyoto’s Gion district, then working as a head chef at inns in Shiga, the Kanto region, and Hokuriku, this chef spent 50 years in kappo dining and sushi. In the end, what he arrived at was creating a place where people can casually enjoy drinks with friends. It’s great news that a place has opened in Imazu where you can casually step in and enjoy truly authentic Kyoto cuisine! Why not stop by with your friends?
