Furuno Electric, headquartered in Nishinomiya, has signed an official main partner agreement with Hyogo Pro Basketball Club Co., Ltd., which operates the professional basketball team Nishinomiya Storks.
Here is the background behind the agreement↓
Furuno Electric Co., Ltd. moved its headquarters from Nagasaki to Nishinomiya in 1964 and has been active in Nishinomiya for 56 years. With the slogan “Value Co-Creation,” the company hopes to deepen its ties with the local community more than ever and play a role in energizing Nishinomiya. Meanwhile, the Nishinomiya Storks are also based in Nishinomiya and have adopted “Co-Creation” as their slogan, aiming to build the club together with everyone involved. Because these shared aspirations strongly aligned, the two parties decided to form a partnership to bring energy to Nishinomiya through the power of sports.
