I went to try the “Chashu Ramen” at Ramen Kobo “Ichi Nii San” in Toda-cho!
It’s one of my favorite ramen shops, and I’ve personally visited several times since it first opened in 2013.

“Ichi Nii San” Food
This is the “Chashu Ramen” for 920 yen (tax included).
At lunch, you can even get two rice balls for free!
This service is available only during lunchtime (11:00-15:00)♪
A mellow tonkotsu-based soup!
The noodles are thin, with a regular firmness.
The creamy soup coats the noodles beautifully♪
It comes with six slices of chashu so tender they practically melt in your mouth!
Taking a big bite of this luxurious pork together with a rice ball is also amazing!
The Chashu Ramen comes with two pieces of egg, not just one.
It’s a small detail that makes you a little happy♪
I also recommend adding some of the provided garlic or chili pepper as you eat for an extra kick◎

Tonkotsu is the main focus, but they also apparently offer a limited quantity of “Gyukotsu Shio Ramen” (beef bone salt ramen). I’m curious!
