It’s next to Nissan, and across from the planned Life supermarket construction site.
We looked into it a bit.
It seems to be handled by a real estate company called Takaoka Estate.
After looking into it a little, the conditions were:
They’re looking for a 20-year fixed-term business land lease.
The rent was 2.3 million yen per month!
Well, it was the site of a Gyomu Super, after all.
And it’s a pretty spacious location. (230 tsubo)
