The closed “Gusto Koshimizu branch” along National Route 171 is being demolished.
(This information was provided by Sasako @ Nishitsu SP)
The photo shows the site as of Thursday the 10th. Inside the soundproof sheets, two pieces of heavy machinery were on site, and demolition work on the building was underway. By now, it may have progressed even further toward becoming vacant land.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 3-3 Koshimizucho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Will the Next Tenant Be Gyomu Super?
We briefly mentioned this in our article about Gusto’s closure, but according to the project outline posted in front of the site, it looks like a retail store is planned next.
The project owner is listed as “Oketani Holdings Co., Ltd.”, which appears to be a company that also operates Gyomu Super (Bottle World OK)🙌
The construction period is September 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. It looks like parking will be available both on the first floor and on the rooftop.
Finally
For people who spent family time here, made youthful memories with friends, or actually worked at this Gusto, seeing the building completely disappear may feel strangely surreal. If any new information comes out about the next shop, we’ll write another article about it!
※Sasako @ Nishitsu SP, thank you for the information!!
