It’s on the 1st floor of the East Wing, across from Co-op. It’s located between Hankyu Bakery and Kobe Mizunoya, the croquette shop.
There was a message for children posted there. Memories of buying sweets really do stay with you. Fukuei’s dashimaki omelet too. From 茶釜なのだ.

Dagashi shops are pretty rare these days. Many people probably have memories of asking their parents to buy them sweets while shopping at Co-op, or stopping by with friends. It’s sad to see it close.
