Finally
It looks like the store will open sometime around summer. For the previous Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Store, it took about two months from the article showing the exterior nearing completion until the opening(or just under a month if there hadn’t been any impact from COVID). I’ll go ahead and predict that the Shukugawa Store might open around mid-July if things move quickly. (That’s just a guess, so it could be wrong.)
