The shop is called “出前BistrotCocon（ビストロココン）,” and it just opened on July 1. For now, it seems to be operating as a delivery-only restaurant.
Since the logo is the same, it appears to be affiliated with “COCON SWEETS FACTORY（ココンスイーツファクトリー）.”
