Known for its beautiful, Instagram-worthy “Hanazakari Peach Shaved Ice,” which we previously covered on Nishitsu,
“にしのみや果汁店” will apparently be closed for the time being.

They say they are temporarily closing due to the impact of COVID-19.
The manager is expecting a baby, so we hope she can spend this time safely.

Area Around “にしのみや果汁店”
Enter from the shuttered entrance, and the shop is on the second floor.
Across the street is the game specialty shop “おじゃま館 西宮店.”
This way leads toward JR Nishinomiya Station, where you’ll find “Frente.” If you keep going, you’ll reach the bento shop “かまどの匠 西宮店”.
This way leads toward Shukugawa. Nearby is “西宮肉劇場”, which just reopened after renovations.
They say the shop may reopen around July depending on the manager’s condition after giving birth, but this area is also where the redevelopment of the southwest area of JR Nishinomiya Station is scheduled to begin next year.
“にしのみや果汁店,” located in the black area on the map, appears to be in the district where redevelopment construction is set to begin around next April.
When they reopen in July, will they be moving somewhere else??
