It looks like it just opened on Wednesday, March 19. They seem to have various opening-sale deals through the end of March🙌

Previously, this location was home to the kushikatsu specialty restaurant “Maruhina.”

If you go this way, you’ll find Summit used car sales next door, Yakiniku One Karubi, Ministop, and more, heading toward Hanshin-Kokudo Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Eco Ring next door, JOYFIT24, Shin-Utsubo Park, currently under renovation, Kagonoya, and more, heading toward Amagasaki.

They have a great selection of set meals! You can order them at both lunch and dinner, and even at night, the most expensive one is under 2,000 yen. Stone-grilled bibimbap is a classic, but stone-grilled omurice, meat curry, and Turkish rice are a little unique😆
They also have a wide variety of yakiniku items, with plenty of horumon options too. It’s funny that they call fillet “Here Here”🤭
In Closing
In this area, One Karubi is the main yakiniku restaurant, but since this place isn’t all-you-can-eat and offers set-meal lunches for around 1,100 yen, they may not really be direct competitors.
