What will happen?

A powerful show where a sushi chef boldly cuts up an entire fresh bluefin tuna.

The fresh tuna sliced right in front of you will apparently be served as sushi and sashimi on the spot.

In addition to otoro, chutoro, and lean tuna nigiri, there may also be rare cuts that can only be taken in small amounts from a single fish, such as kama and head meat.

Finally
By the way, Daiki Suisan is apparently celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. This “Tuna Cutting Show” features a chef boldly slicing up a large fresh tuna. Since the tuna is freshly cut and not frozen, you can apparently enjoy its uniquely rich, smooth umami. It should also have that live, in-the-moment feel you can only get at a sushi restaurant. Definitely worth checking out during the long weekend~
