The address is 1-6 Matsubara-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

The owner seems to have previously worked at Kanjirō Shōten, a set-meal restaurant run by a butcher shop in Nishinomiyahama, and apparently sources the meat from there. For lunch, they also seem to offer dishes like wagyu curry, beef tendon rice bowl set meals, and wagyu roast beef bowls〜
