While Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station came in 3rd, Hanshin-kokudo Station ranked last.

Here’s a comparison table by ranking. It looks like passenger numbers increased at most stations compared with last year.

Hanshin-kokudo Station actually comes in last every year, and Nishitsu has written about it before too.

The Nishinomiya General Medical Center is set to open in front of the station in July, so we’ll see what happens next year.

Until 2012, the Asahi Beer Nishinomiya Brewery stood in front of the station, where the medical center is now being built, so the station was probably used by a lot of commuters and brewery tour visitors. I’d love to know what its ranking was back then.
