It looks like it opened last year on New Year’s Eve, December 31.
The shop seems to serve classic izakaya dishes, creative cuisine, local dishes from Shimane Prefecture, and fish.

The address is 3-29 Matsubara-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. It used to be “ちとせほぐほぐ.”
The exterior of the shop seems to look mostly the same as the previous place.
Across the street is cafe OVCE.
If you go this way, you’ll find 炙りなかいち, Matsubara Gymnasium, 510, and more.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find 中国料理 青椒 ぴーまん, 一麺万杯 當, Bologna, Holly’s Café, ボルドー, and more, leading out to National Route 2.
On weekdays only, from 17:00 to 19:00, their happy hour deal is apparently “2 alcoholic drinks (draft beer, highball, or chuhai) + 2 dishes” for 1,000 yen🍻
