The friendly-looking owner (^^) used to run an udon shop in Hanshin Nishinomiya for many years, and apparently developed the dorayaki from scratch himself!
He likes sesame, so it’s mixed into the batter!
That’s why it’s called original kneaded sesame dorayaki ＼(^o^)／
It seems the shop opened about six months ago!
Its distinctive feature is the fragrant aroma of sesame !(^^)!
