The road “Tateishi-suji” often appears in Nishitsu articles, but where does it actually start and end? (^ ^)
This article is brought to you by smoothie specialty shop “chotto,” a supporter of Nishitsu.
In our articles, we often write things like “just keep going up Tateishi-suji” (^^)v

This is where Tateishi-suji begins!

Beyond the wall is Omaehama〜(^^)/

On the far left, there’s a sign that says Tateishi-suji!

When the edge of the sign is straight, it means “from here!” or “up to here!” (^^)v
Around here, it feels like a residential area with relatively little traffic.

Go past Rinko Line, then past the Route 43 Tateishi intersection,

and the signs showing that Tateishi-suji continues have pointed ends on both sides!

It’s hidden by the leaves, but this is the sign marking the end of Tateishi-suji!

This is the Route 2 intersection, where you’ll find places like hair salon “ALBOBBY”, and in the distance you can see Sakura Shukugawa Station, which we wrote about the other day.
Here’s that article↓
This intersection gets a huge amount of traffic, so it often gets congested…
It’s completely different from the starting point though I guess this side might actually be the start ^^;
On the map, it looks like this↓

That’s right,
north of Route 2 is not Tateishi-suji!!!
It becomes Prefectural Road 82, the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line(I thought it was a national route, but a reader told us it’s a prefectural road. Thank you!)
That new gyoza shop that opened recently…
Niko wrote in the article “It looks like fresh gyoza shop Mana Koya is opening next to Welcia way up Tateishi-suji. Opening tomorrow, April 30”,
but Yumacchi wrote “Mana Gyoza from fresh gyoza shop Mana Koya, opening 4/30 (along the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line) [Nishitsu Gourmet]”.
Even for Nishitsu, it’s a tricky location to describe ^^;
Here’s a quick survey about Tateishi-suji (^ ^)/
Personally, I had the impression that Tateishi-suji continued all the way to around the Jurinji intersection, so I was surprised it was actually this short!
Continuing on from Tateishi-suji is Prefectural Road 82, the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line.
Since it has Nishinomiya in the name, we’ve got to go find where it ends!
We’ll make that into another article〜(╹◡╹)♡
