Around “Janbo Sakaba” in Tsutogawacho
Route 43 is on the left side of the photo.
If you head this way, you’ll find places like Ramen Taro and Sakurafubuki, and it leads toward Imazu Station on the Hanshin and Hankyu lines.
Across the street is Nissan Osaka, which is scheduled to relocate.

“Janbo Sakaba” is the izakaya version of Janbo Sohonten.

For alcohol, it seems to mainly focus on highballs, which are apparently around 230 yen per glass.
They also have sake, shochu, chuhai, draft beer, plum wine, and glass wine, mostly in the 200 to 300 yen range, so it’s very affordable.
As you’d expect from something connected to Janbo Sohonten, the food includes “takoyaki,” “okonomiyaki,” and “yakisoba.”
There are also individual dishes, with menu items that feel very much like Janbo Sohonten, such as pork kimchi stir-fry for 380 yen and tonpeiyaki for 280 yen. Of course, there are various other items too.
The interior is still under construction at the moment. We’re looking forward to it.

Finally
It seems quite some time has passed since Nakau closed, but a new shop is finally moving in. I’m sure there will be some kind of campaign for the July 6 opening, so we’ll let you know if we hear more.
