The “Founded in 1894” listed in the Instagram profile matches, so I think it’s almost certainly this place.（The Instagram photos look similar too）
I’m really curious what this “stylish fish shop” unlike anything we’ve seen before will be like. Being founded in 1894 is impressive too. There haven’t really been any fish shops around Kurakuenguchi Station, so I’m looking forward to it. Once the shop opens, I’d like to go check it out.
